Shoe sole:

Based on 30 years of experience and in line with the world’s fashion, Zino has started producing men’s and women’s shoe soles in various formats and with rubber, PU, TPU, PVC and thermo materials. (It is possible to manufacture and produce exclusive models according to order)
It is necessary to mention that this production unit is one of the few manufacturers in this industry that produces black, colored and white rubber itself from petrochemical raw materials, and its compounding and coloring are done entirely within the complex.

Silicone shoe cover:

Silicone shoe covers are available in two models: short and long, and are generally used to protect and prevent the transfer of dirt, etc. from shoes to the environment or from the environment to shoes. Short shoe covers are produced in 3 sizes: Large (foot size 39-46), Medium (foot size 32-38) and Small (foot size 26-31) in 11 colors (color customization is possible). Long shoe covers are suitable for foot size 39-46 and are produced in 11 colors. We are proud to announce that Zino is the only manufacturer in the Middle East and Europe and one of the 3 companies producing seamless long shoe covers in the world.

Rubber compound:

The production of rubber compounds depends on the design and formulation of chemicals and rubber, even if the polymer base is the same. Zino Industrial Group, using a quality control and continuous inspection laboratory, and having equipment such as 50 and 70 liter boilers and having the knowledge of manufacturing various compounds and final calenders, has the capacity to produce 90 types of rubber compounds per month with various materials such as: SBR, NR, CR, NBR, NBR-PVC, BR-SBR, EPDM, H-NBR in requested colors and other types of formulations and hardness according to order.

Silicone compound:

Silicone compound can be produced with different capabilities, hardness and colors based on different needs. For example, it can provide features such as high heat resistance or electrical insulation or high elasticity and resistance. Zino Industrial Group has the ability to produce sanitary and industrial silicone compounds based on the needs and orders of esteemed customers and produce silicone compounds in various hardness, applications and colors from imported or domestic silicone raw materials.

Medical and orthopedic parts:

Due to exchange rate fluctuations and sanctions conditions (cost-effective production), Zino Industrial and Manufacturing Group, with its hardware facilities (possibility of producing sanitary parts) and experience in making molds and producing some products such as menstrual cups, various types of finger and foot pads, wrist strengthening rings, etc., announces its readiness to produce according to order and with different materials for large companies in this field.

Simple and collapsible containers:

Today, considering the new parameters requested by consumers, such as the weight and small dimensions of the containers, and in line with global markets, this company has started producing light and collapsible containers of various materials and food consumables for hot and cold use of food and drinks in a completely hygienic manner. It is worth noting that this production unit is the first in Iran to be able to produce containers combined from silicone and propylene. Some of the products include: collapsible cups, collapsible thermoses, travel containers, restaurant sauce containers, etc. Some of the target markets for this product can be mountaineering, stationery, container market, advertising, etc.

Molding and parts production:

Due to their activities in various fields and their previous experience and knowledge, Zino engineers are ready to advise on mold making and introduce mold makers in the name of the country to produce better and higher quality materials. Zino manufacturing and industrial group is also capable of producing parts in different sizes and models and materials such as rubber, silicone, PU, TPR, TPU, plastic in the form of simultaneous baking and injection, which is competitive with similar foreign models.
